Mom and Lilly SKG Date #5 "Truth or Bare Fashion"

Our task was to go to a vintage shop, but where can you see more "vintage" these days than the mall? So off we went to the mall to discuss fashion trends over the years. I think we saw just about every decade! We learned that we must express our beauty carefully. We also answered some tough questions about whether or not a trend would pass or fail...is it feminine? Deu.22:5...joyful? 1 Tim.2:9-10...does it hide my "intoxicating" beauty? Proverbs 5:18-19 ...affordable? 1 Peter 3:3-4...honorable to my parents? Exodus 20:12...do I really like it or do I just think my friends will like it? Gal. 1:10... We really had a special time laughing and talking. We ended up at a new store called "Crazy 8's"...maybe because Lilly is 8, and we were feeling a little crazy! She picked out an outfit all by herself that well, was just fun and passed the test! She did a great job! We both really treasure these dates together and I pray that we will always continue on!!
